Info zum Corona-Virus

Werter Kunde, geschätzte Partner,

Es ist eine Tatsache, dass auch wir uns überlegen müssen, wie wir mit der aktuellen Situation rund um dem Virus COVID-19 (Corona) umgehen.

Hierbei gilt es dabei, Kunden, Partner, Mitarbeiter unserer Kunden und auch uns und unsere Mitarbeiter zu schützen, so dass wir auch in einer schwierigen Situation jederzeit für die Betriebsbereitschaft und Sicherheit Ihrer IT-Systeme sorgen können und somit unsere Kunden zumindest in dem Bereich entlasten können.

Wir werden dabei Transparenz und hohe Professionalität an den Tag legen, wie wir das auch in der Vergangenheit jeden Tag getan haben, und in dieser Ausnahmesituation ebenfalls tun werden. Dies mit Ruhe und entsprechender Planung. Niemand von uns kann genau sagen, was passieren wird, aber wir werden versuchen, hier immer den bestmöglichen Weg für alle zu finden.

Festzuhalten ist auch, dass wir aktuell in keiner Weise in unseren Handlungen eingeschränkt sind und es gibt auch keine uns bekannten (Verdachts-)Fälle in unserem Haus oder bei unseren Kontakten.

Damit das auch weitgehend so bleibt, haben wir umfassende Maßnahmen zur Vorsorge ergriffen.

Ziel dieser Maßnahmen ist es, sollte sich die Situation rund um diesen Virus weiter zuspitzen, für unsere Kunden weiter uneingeschränkt handlungsfähig zu bleiben, indem wir Risiken reduzieren, und unsere Mitarbeiter langfristig zu schützen.

Im täglichen Betrieb in allen Bereichen werden wir, aus heutiger Sicht, keine Auswirkungen verspüren, und auch an der Erreichbarkeit unseres Supports wird sich zurzeit nichts ändern.

Bitte haben Sie Verständnis für diese Maßnahmen, wir handeln auch in Ihrem Sinne!

It is a fact that we have to think about how to deal with the current situation around the COVID-19 (Corona) virus as well.

Here it is important to protect customers, partners, employees of our customers and also us and our employees, so that we can ensure the operational readiness and security of your IT systems at all times, even in a difficult situation, and thus relieve our customers at least in this area.

We will demonstrate transparency and a high degree of professionalism, as we have done every day in the past and will do so in this exceptional situation. We will do this with calm and appropriate planning. None of us can say exactly what will happen, but we will always try to find the best possible way for everyone.

It should also be noted that we are currently not restricted in our actions in any way and there are no known (suspected) cases in our company or our contacts.

To ensure that this remains the same, we have taken comprehensive precautionary measures.

The aim of these measures is to ensure that, should the situation surrounding this virus deteriorate further, our customers will continue to be able to act without restrictions by reducing risks and protecting our employees in the long term.

From today's point of view, we will not feel any effects in the daily operation in all areas, and the availability of our support will not change at present.
